In January of 2022, I converted my company into an Employee Owned Trust (EOT). It basically involved financing the selling of the shares back to the company. It is a fairly rare form of Employee-Ownership in the United States. As a result, I have kind of become an expert on the practical end of how EOTs work. That's why I've.created a section in my blogs about Employee Ownership.
