Who's Joe

Joe Nussbaum has been involved in small business his entire life. First growing up as a teenage helper in his parent's moving business. Then founding a manufacturing business in 1986, ACP International, which Joe still operates today. In 2022, Joe converted ACP into a 100% Employee-owned company, with plans to exit ACP after several years of transition. Part of Joe's plans are to offer advice, consulting, and experience to others who want to start businesses of their own, or better learn how to manage in their current positions.
