Product Plugs: NinjaGig

I want to throw out a plug for a monthly subscription service my company, ACP uses.  It is called NinjaGig.  NinjaGig is a job posting and job applicant tracking system that integrates with your company's website.  

If you are a fairly small business, hiring isn't something you do on a regular basis.  NinjaGig really helps you systematize that process.

Go to the bottom and click on the "careers" button.  This takes you to the NingaGig site, but you wouldn't know it.  It just looks like an extension of the ACP website.

As an employer, I can create job descriptions and post jobs.  The jobs will post on Indeed or just on your website. (your choice).  As applications come in, they will be emailed to you.  You can print them out or manage them within NinjaGig if you'd like.

For job seekers, they can apply online manually or upload their resume.  It feels like a professional online job application.   

There are several things I love about the NinjaGig program.  I already mentioned how it looks professional and sophisticated for anyone looking at your website.  But there is more.  It also encourages you to create quality job descriptions so your job postings can be consistent.  Plus, there is no additional cost to post your job.  The Indeed cost is included.  

It really is a turn-key solution for job posting and managing applications.  I highly recommend it.  It is a great value for the money.
